Shipping FAQs

Dolce Cabo ships via USPS out of Los Angeles, CA.

Shipping rates to Canada are available at checkout

All orders require 1-3 days processing before shipping.  If ordered on the weekend or holiday, please note that processing will not start until the next business day.  These delivery days and timelines are estimates only. Dolce Cabo is not responsible for natural disasters, outside issues that may impede or slow down delivery times.

Business Days

Monday - Friday, excluding federal holidays within the United States. Our orders are shipped and delivered only during the business week (Monday through Friday, excluding major holidays). Our standard shipping carrier is USPS and we ask that you anticipate 3-5 business days for standard shipping. Please select the shipping option that best suits your delivery needs during "Checkout."DUE TO COVID-19 PLEASE ALLOW LONGER SHIPPING TIMES.

Out of Stock Items

We apologize for the inconvenience this may cause. If your item is out of stock we will contact you to discuss how you would like the order handled.

Order Cancellation and Changes

We do not normally accept order cancellations or changes once an order has been processed. If you have a question about your order, please contact us at chrisL@dolcecabo.com.

Order Tracking

When your order is shipped from our warehouse, we will send you an email to confirm your shipment - this email will include a tracking number and link to enable you to track your package.

Returns / Exchanges

If you are unhappy with your purchase contact us directly through email - chrisL@dolcecabo.com.  We will be able to accommodate a return or exchange if you meet our return policy terms. Please see our Returns / Exchange page for more info.

Get your gifts in time!  To receive your gifts by December 24th, 2017.  Please place your orders by the below dates.

• Flat Rate (Ground) - December 14, 2018 by 12:00pm PST
• 2 Day Air - December 19, 2018 by 12:00pm PST
• Next Day Air - December 21, 2018 by 9:00am PST
