Dolce Cabo ships via UPS out of Los Angeles, CA.

We currently do not offer international shipping.

All orders require 1-3 business days for processing before shipping.  If ordered on weekdays after 12PM PST, the weekend or a holiday, please note that processing will not start until the next business day. These delivery days and timelines are estimates only. Dolce Cabo is not responsible for natural disasters, or any outside issues that may impede or slow down delivery times, along with any delays seen by the carrier themselves.

 

Business Days

Monday - Friday, excluding federal holidays within the United States. Our orders are shipped and delivered only during the business week (Monday through Friday, excluding major holidays). Our standard shipping carrier is UPS and we ask that you anticipate 3-5 business days for standard shipping. Please select the shipping option that best suits your delivery needs during "Checkout".

 

UPS Next Day Air Shipping

Express shipping is offered as UPS Next Day Air. Please be advised that this refers to the next business day. Generally speaking, deliveries for express services will not make delivery during the weekend or on holidays. Please note that the cut off for express shipping is on weekdays at 12PM PST. If an order is place after this time, processing will not start until the next business day. Dolce Cabo is not responsible for any delays caused by UPS.

 

Out of Stock Items

We apologize for the inconvenience this may cause. If your item is out of stock we will contact you to discuss how you would like the order handled.

 

Order Cancellation and Changes

We cannot accept order cancellations or changes once an order has been processed. If you have a question about your order, please contact us at chrisL@dolcecabo.com

 

Order Tracking

When your order is shipped from our warehouse, we will send you an email to confirm your shipment - this email will include a tracking number and link to enable you to track your package.

 

Returns / Exchanges

If you are unhappy with your purchase contact us directly through email - chrisL@dolcecabo.com.  We will be able to accommodate a return if you meet our return policy terms. Unfortunately, we do not offer exchanges at this time. Please see our Returns / Exchange page for more info.
